Lee Sora Diet


   So I see diets are the most read posts haha. I decided to share a diet that seems to work for quite a few Idols and models. Throughout the diets remember to stretch, exercise, keep busy and don't wonder off the diet. Though, do have snacks so you won't go insane with the plain flavor you might get at times. Here is someone's days of the diet. Some of the food are Asian dishes or snacks. If you want to know what some of them are ask away. I'll keep updating it everyday so be sure to check on it.

Day 1
(Calories-restricted)
Weight: 57.5

Hula-hoop 5 minutes

Ate:
2 steamed chicken drumsticks
2 egg whites
150g sweet potato
120g potato
60g brown rice
2 slices corn bread

1 serving cai fan(rice + broccoli+spinach++carrot)
1 slice banana cake with mango on top
1 1/2 slice chocolate cake
Gaah too many birthdays and I can't control myself :/

Day 2

Day 3

Day 5

half a packet brown rice crackers
4 slices wholemeal bread

Day 9
 (Calories-restricted P)
Weight: 56.2 

 Today I skipped 1000 times
 and played Frisbee
 There was no time to eat healthy food today so i just skipped lunch and ate very little for dinner
 Don't skip meals~!

100g tofu
1 slice papaya
50g honeydew
half an egg white
3 forkfuls of mee siam without sauce
4 chicken satays
2 pork satays
Bits of quiche and apple tart
1 small banana
1 small apple

1 red bean mochi
1 almond chocolate
1 small apple
2 oranges
21 black grapes

Day 16

Whoa, didn't expect to see 55kg so fast! Makes me excited to lose .9kg more!
Maybe my water retention from my ___ finally went away + I didn't eat carbs
Strange thing is I don't have cravings for anything.
Didn't count calories..but I ate till I was tired of eating.


Ate:
1 fried egg
1 whole egg
1 egg white
1 sirloin steak
1 cup of espresso
half a can of baked beans
some salad with dressing(leaf lettuce, red leaf lettuce, cucumber and cherry tomatoes)
kimchi
2 pieces of grouper
some carrots and quail eggs in curry

Day 17

Day 18

 today was my first binge day!
oh my,my stomach feels crappy.
force-fed myself.i just realized how small my appetite has shrunk! my portion of fish&chips kept me full(really FULL as in if-i-need-to-eat-another-thing-imma-puke-full)
for 5h 20min. I might have been longer but then i had to eat my chicken rice dinner. Urgh!
Did the air squats like the book said before my lunch but forgot that i had to do it before dinner as well..oh well ,at least i did it AFTER.
and I don't think I can take caffeine at every meal..especially during dinner. I need to sleep by 12! 1 cup already keeps me wide awake for hours because I drink it just plain black, and I think its making me feel slightly dizzy, or maybe I'm anemic already. Need to eat spinach.
I'm dreading weigh-in tomorrow.. Hope I lose the binge-induced weight gain by Tuesday. I'm thinking i should try 1 binge meal per week instead of a whole binge day cos I feel really gross after eating so much. Unless I experience no weight loss for a few days, then I'll go back to a full binge day.
On a side note, I couldn't finish my binge food(the ice cream). I must not eat them next week!!!

 Whoo hoo finally got below my pre cheat day weight!
I will try to lose the water weight faster next week!
Did half an hour fast walking and half an hour slow jog

spinach stir fried with turkey bacon
2 fried eggs(only 1 yolk)

1 cup orange jello(ew,sickly sweet and made me have a stomachache)

Day 25

 Gah,where did that 100g come from?!
Maybe too much stir fry and salt. Eyy, guess I have to eat everything steamed on this diet as well.

and my friend forced me to try her bubble tea so i just pretended to take a sip...

Day 32

Feeling awfully bloated as always on cheat day..
Thinking of starting the 'last mile'  chapter
but eating 6 meals a day sounds soo tedious.

3 small scoops of ice cream(durian, coffee, cookies&cream) with chocolate and rainbow sprinkles
1 bowl cream of mushroom
few sips of black coffee with sugar


snack 5:
1 blueberry waffle


snack 6:
1 choco pie
1 can orange flavored soft drink
1 can pineapple flavored soft drink
1 chocolate chip and walnut cookie
half a bar dark chocolate


dinner:
1 and a half kfc chicken breast
1 kfc drumstick
half a medium sized banana
1 bottle vitagen


snack 7:
handful of kfc popcorn chicken
1 small bite egg tart


Gaah couldn't stuff in 2 more choco pies..can't bear to throw them away..shall resist.

Day 33

 Unexpected huge gain in water weight even though i didn't eat carbo like pasta or rice..
I had less black coffee and grapefruit though..
Had to skip breakfast/500ml cold water today cos i was feeling nauseous

 2 orignial kfc without skin
1 crispy kfc without skin
1 salmon
spinach
1 egg
15 cashews

dinner:
1 salmon
 4 eggs
french beans

snack:
1 almond
